I've never had a negative experience at this location until yesterday. My friend and I went in for a late lunch after church and the experience was very disappointing. The attitudes and vibes from the staff were rude and unwelcoming. I understand that working on a weekend may not be ideal, but please don't take it out on customers.
Now for the quality of the food and accuracy of the order, I ordered a spicy chicken breast plate with a green salad and asked them to cook the chicken well done, basically burn it a little. When my food came out the chicken wasn't well done and the container the green salad was practically empty, what little amount of salad that was in there was slimy and turning brown. I took the chicken plate back up and told the person at the counter that I had asked for it to be well done, she gave attitude and said, "well, it is well done. Ugh, do you want us to cook it more?!?" To which I replied that I did. The attitude continued when the now properly cooked plate was handed back to me.
After dealing with so much attitude about the chicken, there was no way I was going to bother going back up there about the salad (which I discovered was nasty while waiting for the chicken to be recooked). Hopefully it was just an off day there yesterday. I'm still willing to give this location a few more chances before I never step foot in there again. Hopefully it's better next time. This review will be updated after the next visit based on the outcome of said visit. -

The service was Super fast but, me being a Big Guy (6'1 220), The bowl wasn't large enough for me. Being it was my first time here, the food is great. The next time I'm here, I'm going to order a larger bowl or combination.

Well...my coworkers and I ordered some food, one co worker picked it up and brought it back. My order was meant to be beef/spicy chicken combo. What I got back was regular chicken with a dollop of spicy sauce on top.
I called and asked if this is regular procedure at this location. Manager basically told me that's not what happened and it was probably teriyaki sauce. Also he didn't seem to really care and was more annoyed at my calling. That's okay I don't really care to eat their again. I guess I'll be exercising my veto when the office decides on lunch spots. -

First time eating here and I am not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the portion sizes generous, and the prices reasonable. I got the chicken and beef bowl with an egg roll and it was amazing. I travel to Vegas often and almost always stay in this area so this will not be my last visit.

First time here and they messed up both my orders. Veggies are hard on af on stirfrys
Could use friendlier staff. The spicy chicken was bomb . Really wish I could have gotten up and told them how they messed it up for the second time but they didn't care the first time. Gave me teriyaki when I ordered spicy chicken . And noticed they gave me white rice in brown rice on my bowl. Rice had no taste at all. Couldn't tell the difference between white and fried.
